We have created a simple and easy booking process for you to secure a room with us. This process will take you through step by step but if you have any problems or queries filling out any of the process, please feel free to email us at

Terms & Conditions

  1. To reserve a room at The Neighbourhood you need complete this form and pay the Booking Fee of £350.00. We will confirm receipt of the Booking Fee and reserve a room for you for a period of 4 working days. During that time you need to either;
    1. Sign and return the Tenancy Agreement; or
    2. Tell us by email that you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your booking.
  2. If you don’t do either a) or b) above within 4 working days of us confirming receipt, we will cancel your booking and retain your Booking Fee.
  3. If you cancel your agreement within 4 working days of us confirming receipt, we will refund the Booking Fee to you in full.
  4. If you choose to pay all your rent in advance we do not require a Guarantor. The Booking Fee will then convert into the Deposit under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement.
  5. If you choose to pay your rent by instalments we require a Guarantor who is based in England or Wales
  6. We will undertake a credit check of your Guarantor and if they do not pass the credit check you will be required to either a) provide a suitable alternative Guarantor or b) pay your full rent in advance.
  7. If your Guarantor passes the credit check, they will be required to sign the Tenancy Agreement and your Booking Fee will then convert into a Deposit under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement.

Please note that by making a booking with us you agree to receive information prior to your arrival and through out your stay with us. We will not share your information with anyone else.

Once we have received your Booking Fee, we will contact you within 4 working days to confirm your room and discuss any other specific requirements you may have.

We will then send you your individual Tenancy Agreement. This will need to be completed by you and the Guarantor (if applicable) and sent back to us within 7 days.

If you don't have a UK based Guarantor you can either pay in full or contact us for further options.


We will review your documents and if everything is in order we will send you confirmation that your booking is complete.


Your booking fee will be transferred as a deposit to the Deposit Protection Scheme who will email you directly with your user name and deposit reference number.
